◎港口 Port
    溫州港是一個集河口港、海灣港于一體的綜合性天然良港，是我國沿海20個主樞紐港之一。至2006年底，溫州港共有生產性泊位246個，其中萬噸級以上深水泊位9個，最大靠泊能力5萬噸級。溫州港目前擁有市區老港區、楊府山港區、龍灣港區、七里港區等四大港區。
Wenzhou port, known for its comprehensive natural harbor integrating the estuary and gulf harbors into an organic whole, is one of the 20 pivotal ports along the coast of China. By the end of 2006, it had a total of 246 production berths, including 9 deep-water berths for over 10,000-ton ships, with a maximum anchorage capacity for over 50,000-ton ships. At present, it has four main harbors, namely the city’s old docks and the Yangfushan, Longwan and Qili harbors.

    建設中的溫州洞頭縣狀元岙港區將是溫州第一個大型集裝箱專用碼頭，預計2008年投入使用。港區岸線總長達到4.8公里，圍墾工程總投資約為11億元，港區將按規劃建設深水碼頭25個，深水泊位17個，建成后的狀元岙港區將以國際集裝箱和大宗散貨海運為重點，打通溫州通向國際市場的海上通道。
The Zhuangyuan’ao Harbor of Dongtou County, which is under construction, will be the first large-sized container special-purpose dock and is estimated to be put into use in 2008. With 4.8-kilometer-long coastline and a total investment of 1.1 billion yuan for its reclamation project, it is planned to build 25 deep-water docks and 17 deep-water berths. After completion, the harbor area, focusing on the sea transportation of international containers and bulk cargoes, will ipen a sea-lane to international markets.

◎公路 Highway
    2006年年底溫州公路總里程5804公里，其中一級公路214公里，二、三級公路1492公里。全市通公路行政村5135個，通車率96.5%。
    全國高速公路主干線同三線沿海大通道（黑龍江同山市至海南三亞市）貫穿溫州全境。目前已建成甬臺溫高速公路溫州段、金麗溫高速公路，溫州段共204公里；正在建設的有諸永高速公路溫州段和繞城高速公路北線2個項目；即將建設的有沿海高速公路（甬臺溫復線）溫州段工程。至2020年，全市規劃建成640公里高速公路。
By the end of 2006, the city’s highway mileage had totaled 5,804 kilometers, including 214 kilometers for first-class highway and 1,492 kilometers for second- and third-class highways. The administrative villages accessible by highway numbered 5,135, with the rate of opening to traffic up to 96.5 percent.
A national trunk line of expressway, a coastal thoroughfare from Tongshan City in Heilongjiang Province to Sanya City in Hainan Province, runs through the entire region of Wenzhou. At present, the Wenzhou sections of the Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou and the Jinhua-Lishui-Wenzhou Expressways with the total length of 204 kilometers have been built, the two projects, namely the Wenzhou section of Zhuji-Yongjia Expressway and the north line of the Round-the-City Expressway are under construction and the Wenzhou section of the coastal Expressway (Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou double track) is about to start construction. By 2020, the expressways with the total length of 640 kilometers are scheduled to have been built in the city.

◎鐵路 Railway
    2006年底，已建成的金溫鐵路和已開工建設的溫福鐵路，以及即將開工建設的甬臺溫鐵路，構成了溫州四通八達的鐵路網。其中，金溫鐵路是我國第一條合資興建的股份制鐵路，開通于1998年6月，可直達杭州、上海、北京、廣州等國內主要城市。
At the end of 2006, the already built Jinhua-Wenzhou Railway, the Wenzhou-Fuzhou Railway under construction and the Ningbo-Wenzhou Railway which is about to start construction, constitute the crisscrossing railway network of Wenzhou. Among them the Jinhua-Wenzhou Railway is the first share-holding railway built with joint investment in China. It was open to traffic in June 1998, leading directly to Hangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and other main cities in the countries.

◎航空 Civil Aviation
    民航溫州永強機場地處溫州甌江口南岸，距市中心24公里。累計開通國內和香港地區航線64條，開通航線城市有上海、廣州、北京、深圳、成都、�？�、重慶、昆明、烏魯木齊、哈爾濱等國內大城市。2006年3月份，機場二期擴建工程開工，將于2008年建成投入使用。屆時，一個現代化的國際空港將矗立在東海之濱。
Wenzhou Yongqiang Airport is situated on the south bank of the Oujiang River, 24 kilometers from the city proper. It has opened 64 domestic air routes to cities including Shanghai, Guangzhou, Beijing, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Haikou, Chongqing, Kunming, Urumuqi and Harbin and a regional route to Hong Kong. In March 2006, the second-phase extension project of the Airport started construction and in 2008 will be completed and put to use. On that occasion, a modern international airport will stand upright along the coast of the East China Sea.

◎通訊 Telecommunications
     溫州現有電信、移動、聯通、網通、鐵通5個通訊公司。 2006年末，溫州擁有固定電話交換設備容量479.82萬門，擁有固定電話用戶373.96萬戶；擁有移動電話用戶681.63萬戶。截至2006年底，中國移動溫州分公司用戶突破500萬大關，全市固定電話普及率167.9部/百戶，移動電話普及率306.1部/百戶；實現了數字移動電話（GSM）溫州全地區所有縣（市）和主要鄉鎮的全覆蓋、國際漫游通達206個國家和地區的271家運營商。
Wenzhou now has the 5 communication companies of Telecom, Mobile, Unicom, Netcom and Tietong. By the end of 2006, Wenzhou’s fixed-line phone exchange capacity had expanded to 4.7982 million lines, with the users up to 3.7396 million and the mobile phone users numbered 6.8163 million. Till the end of 2006, as the users of Wenzhou Branch of China Mobile Phone Corporation had topped 5 million, the popularization rate of fixed-line phones reached 167.9 sets every hundred households and that of mobile phones 306.1 sets every hundred households. The digital mobile phone service covered all the counties (cities) and major villages and towns in Wenzhou area and the international roaming service went to 271 operators in 206 countries and regions.

◎互聯網 Internet
     2006年末，溫州互聯網注冊用戶98.05萬戶，其中寬帶用戶75.95萬戶，互聯網非注冊用戶7.9萬戶。
By the end of 2006, the Internet registered subscribers had come to 980,500, including 759,500 broadband subscribers and 79,000 non-registered subscribers.
